Issues where limit or stop orders are not being triggered or not being triggered at the requested price are NOT classed as LIVE issues and should be addressed to support@moontradeswap.com.
Following the above procedure will allow Moontradeswap to efficiently identify and fix the issue and contact you in a timely manner. In case your issue meets the above criteria, please follow this procedure.
